Under no circumstances should this software or its operators (Vicuña Labs LLC) be considered as providers of personalized 'legal advice' or 'paralegal assistance'. The system processes technical information and generates drafts based on algorithms and public compliance data.
The use of our services does not substitute the professional advice of a qualified Attorney or licensed Accountant. The generated documents are technical drafts. It is the user's absolute obligation to validate, exhaustively review, and, when required by law, have each document endorsed by a licensed professional before its official submission to public, administrative, or judicial authorities. The use of this system does not create an attorney-client relationship.
The user acknowledges and accepts that AI technologies may produce algorithmic inaccuracies. Vicuña Labs LLC has implemented advanced protocols to mitigate these occurrences and ensure maximum technical precision; however, due to the advisory nature of the system, the drafts and strategies generated must be validated by a licensed professional before their official submission. The user is solely responsible for the final verification of all calculations and the legal basis applied.
Vicuña Labs LLC uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record. The user acknowledges that the commercial transaction and the international invoice are issued by Paddle. According to international and local regulations on digital services and the user's geolocation, prices may include corresponding taxes (such as IGV in Peru or other applicable taxes).
Cost Variability: Vicuña Labs LLC reserves the right to modify the rates of its services at any time and without prior notice. This variability is justified by:
Price modifications will not affect already paid services or active 'Annual Passes' until their renewal date, at which point the updated rate will apply.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim related to the service shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. The parties agree that any conflict shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration in the State of Wyoming, expressly waiving any other forum or jurisdiction for the resolution of commercial disputes related to the software.
Vicuña Labs LLC shall not be liable for fines, loss of titles, expiration of administrative procedures, negative government resolutions, escalation of conflicts, or any consequential damage derived from the use of the tools and their suggested tactics. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service that originated the claim in the last three (3) months.

Bajo ninguna circunstancia este software o sus operadores (Vicuña Labs LLC) deben ser considerados como proveedores de 'asesoría legal' personalizada o 'asistencia paralegal'. El sistema procesa información técnica y genera borradores basados en algoritmos y datos de cumplimiento público.
El uso de nuestros servicios no sustituye el consejo profesional de un Abogado o Asesor Colegiado. Los documentos generados son borradores técnicos. Es obligación absoluta del usuario validar, revisar exhaustivamente y, cuando la ley lo exija, hacer refrendar cada documento por un profesional colegiado antes de su presentación oficial ante autoridades públicas, administrativas o judiciales. El uso de este sistema no crea una relación abogado-cliente.
El usuario reconoce y acepta que las tecnologías de IA pueden generar imprecisiones algorítmicas. Vicuña Labs LLC utiliza a Paddle como su Merchant of Record. El usuario reconoce que la transacción comercial y la factura internacional son emitidas por Paddle. Según la normativa internacional y local de servicios digitales y la geolocalización del usuario, los precios pueden incluir impuestos correspondientes (como el IGV en Perú u otros impuestos aplicables).

Las partes acuerdan que cualquier conflicto será resuelto mediante arbitraje obligatorio en el Estado de Wyoming, renunciando expresamente a cualquier otro foro o jurisdicción para fines de resolución de disputas comerciales relacionadas con el software.
Vicuña Labs LLC no será responsable por multas, pérdida de títulos, caducidades de trámites, resoluciones gubernamentales negativas, o cualquier daño consecuente derivado del uso de las herramientas y sus tácticas sugeridas. Nuestra responsabilidad máxima agregada se limita al monto pagado por el usuario por el servicio específico que originó el reclamo en los últimos tres (3) meses.
