In our SaaS products and apps, your privacy is an operational cornerstone. Vicuña Labs LLC guarantees that it does not sell, rent, or share your personal data, narratives, or documents with third parties, marketing companies, or government agencies. The information is used exclusively for the technical execution of the platform.
We implement bank-grade security protocols. All information, including photographs of receipts, files, and documents, is protected using encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). By using this service, the user authorizes the international transfer of data to our secure servers (located outside Peruvian territory or other local jurisdictions) for algorithmic and language processing.
Temporary files are kept in the system only for the time necessary to generate the requested document. The user maintains at all times their rights of Access, Rectification, and Cancellation (ARCO) of their personal data, which they can exercise by writing to admin@vicunalabs.com.
Our applications do not store or process credit card data. All payments are managed by Paddle (Merchant of Record), complying with PCI-DSS international security standards. Vicuña Labs LLC only receives the payment confirmation to enable the service.

En nuestros SaaS y apps, su privacidad es un pilar operativo. Vicuña Labs LLC garantiza que no vende, alquila ni comparte sus datos personales, relatos o documentos con terceros, empresas de marketing ni agencias gubernamentales. La información se utiliza exclusivamente para la ejecución técnica de la plataforma.
Implementamos protocolos de seguridad de grado bancario. Toda la información, incluyendo fotografías de comprobantes, archivos y documentos, se protege mediante cifrado en tránsito (TLS) y en reposo (AES-256). Al utilizar este servicio, el usuario autoriza la transferencia internacional de datos a nuestros servidores seguros (ubicados fuera del territorio peruano u otras jurisdicciones locales) para su procesamiento algorítmico.
Los archivos temporales se mantienen en el sistema únicamente el tiempo necesario para la generación del documento solicitado. El usuario mantiene en todo momento sus derechos de Acceso, Rectificación y Cancelación (ARCO) de sus datos personales, los cuales puede ejercer escribiendo a admin@vicunalabs.com.
Nuestras aplicaciones no almacenan ni procesan datos de tarjetas de crédito. Todos los pagos son gestionados por Paddle (Merchant of Record), cumpliendo con los estándares internacionales de seguridad PCI-DSS. Vicuña Labs LLC solo recibe la confirmación de pago para habilitar el servicio.
